Yes, I trimmed the OEM one. It came out pretty well, so I exchanged it with the guy who bought the JRSC.

Do you have any pics of the rear diffuser? Also, does the front bumper have those metal brackets that the side markers clip in to? I'd like to take all of these if available.

Aren't the rear quarter panels one piece that goes all the way around the car? If I remember correctly, those would have to be cut off of the car. I may be wrong though.
