SpeedElement's FRS - Project SE 86

For those who don't or may not know who we are, Speed Element Performance provides vehicle specialties for popular platforms including Mitsubishi, Subaru, Nissan, Toyota. Speed Element Performance's company-owned demo vehicles includes Lexus IS-F, Lexus LS460 and BMW 335i. Speed Element Performance's race-oriented vehicles include a EVO X and Subaru STi. Several years ago, we compaigned an EVO IX platform in several time attack events. Our Evo IX tracked Buttonwillow, Thunderhill, Infineon, California Speedway and Spring Mountain.

Our goal is to continue to provide top notch customer service, offering labor services and maintain competitive prices for everything we do and sell.

We have some parts that have been sitting here waiting for our car to come.

Today 1/23/13 after a very long wait we finally received our Scion FRS. Here is some pictures we took in stock form before the transformation begins.

We are installing a set of prototype coilovers and putting the wheels on after. Will post some pictues of the car when is done.

1/28/13 - Still playing with the coilover height/ dampening / camber . Mounted up the wheels and MXP exhaust. We love the sound of the mxp exhaust.

We will also be testing out some other wheel fitment as well.

Just for fun and testing. We mounted wheels from our 04 sti onto the frs to see how it look.

This is a TE37SL 18x9.5 +22 5x100 225/40/18

Rear:


Front:


Looks like it would need alot of camber in the front to clear and the rear would need just a tad bit more. Again this is just for testing purposes, we wouldn't suggest this setup to anyone.

^Good to see a proper retrofit being put on the car..

Too many people on here with the ghetto aftermarket HID kit installed into the Halogen housings. Eff You to all of you cheap pricks driving around and blinding the rest of us. Do what the OP did and get yourself a proper retro or buy a BRZ!
