I bought mine almost two months ago. I've identified a few items that I expect the manufacturer to make some improvements/changes to in the upcoming model year. I'm thinking there will be improvement in the seat belt attachment to the seat and I think they could/will do a better job with the third brake light. I'm hoping they broaden their production by offering a variety of features as options for the FR-S. If they do all the things I'm hoping they do, I might be trading mine in sooner than I normally would.

Simple-- waiting for a factory turbo version. Don't worry, it's coming! And I have patience if it doesn't come as quickly as I think it will.

I'm in college and I fly. AV gas is $6 per gallon -- the Cessna 310 I fly holds 130 Gallons and little less then that usable -- you can do the math on how much my fill-ups cost

Need to make room in the toybox :P Once at least one of the BMW's is sold I'll get on a waiting list. I don't want to tempt fate by doing it the other way around because I really can't manage any more cars than I already have

I don't actually like the car, I'm just here for the chicks.
HOLLA @ette and @Giccin!!!! I'd rather have a V6 Mustang, no doubt!

Haven't bought the BRZ yet because of financial constraints and med school.. and possibly buying a house soon.

I love the car. I like the look and the design philosophy. The few drawbacks like no rear leg room and ONLY 200 HP do not bother me in the least. I think it is great that Toyota is getting back into the sporty market. But..............................
I feel that it is $3000 overpriced (and I am talking MSRP) I already have a sports car that is lighter, faster, handles better and is also a Toyota. I have lots of $$$$$ in mods on said car and I do not want to start over modding with a FR-S Still love the car and if I did not have the MR-S then I would have a FR-S despite the price.

I am waiting for a FRS/BRZ spec that would not require drivetrain modifications for me to be happy with the performance. I am looking to replace the E36 M3 so I'd like at least that level of performance in the straight line as the handling on the FRS is satisfactory.
I have extensively modded a past car for increased engine performance and has no desire to do that again after the experience. |
