2017 delivery time frame?
Hi guys, I ordered a 2017 BRZ on Friday and was told to expect delivery in late October. Is there anybody else that has ordered one and if so what did your dealer tell you one a delivery date? Thanks guys, just super excited and anxious

If it's just the BRZ or BRZ limited w/o performance package seems about right per the dealers I spoke with. However if you want the limited with the performance package seems like you will have to wait till Q1 2017 (January is what I was told) since the PP is installed at the factory.

From our local dealer:
Copied and pasted from my corporate emailer from Subaru: "BRZ Performance Package iNew for 2017 is a Performance Package (OP 02) available on BRZ Limited 6MT which further improves the already legendary handling and stopping power of the BRZ. This package includes Red BREMBOŽ 4-piston brake calipers with larger brake discs both front and rear. The front brake disc diameter increases from 11.6 inches to 12.8 inches, and the rear brake discs increase from 11.4 inches to 12.4 inches for greater braking force. The standard shock absorbers have been replaced with Sachs units for enhanced handling and steering stability. The Performance Package is competitively priced at just $1,195, bringing the MSRP of this model to $28,840. The Destination and Delivery charge is $820 for 2017 BRZ (+ $150 for retailers in Alaska). Retailer delivery begins at the end of September for BRZ Premium and BRZ Limited. Retailer delivery begins at the end of March for BRZ Limited with the Performance Package and BRZ Series.Yellow" |

My dealer submitted my order and provided me with a VON on Thursday. They said that it would be 6-8 weeks. My sales rep said its reserved under my name so it's set to a high priority whatever that means. I ordered a '17 White Limited 6AT with no PP or accessories. I was told it made no difference in build time wise whether I added accessories or not. At worst case scenario my car will come mid-late September. Based on my previous experience on ordering with Subaru, I hope to receive a VIN in the next two-three weeks and then have a better ETA so I can then decide on accessories to add when the car arrives at port. |

I heard march in the "Sport models" (meaning the PP) from a dealer in Oregon as well. I had heard around here that PP would be available in January, but haven't seen any sources on that (or don't remember them).

I guess it's a waiting game guys.. Lol My order gets processed in the next couple of days. Hopefully I'll have an answer in the email. I've read around and every site or source is saying different things. Once again, it's a waiting game... No one likes to wait Subaru Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

My thoughts exactly guys ^
That's why I can't see them waiting to next year to release the PP on just the limited trims. I can see them waiting till march for the Yellow because it's a limited production. Still lots of questions still unanswered. Gives me more time to watch 86 videos on YouTube Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
