first off - thank you so much for compiling this list! it's hugely appreciated.

secondly - are we sure on the +40 offset listed above for the OZ Ultraleggera in 17x8? AFAIK, they only come in +35 and +48 offsets....?

thanks!

Konig Hypergram @ 18x8.5 +38 offset
Tires: General G-MAX AS-05 @ 235/40R18

Total weight of wheel and tire combo came out at about 39.6 lbs.

Clearance is just a little more than the stock PP wheels on the front of the caliper, and much more all around as these are 18's vs 17's.
What are you running suspension-wise? Would this wheel/tire combo rub on either stock suspension or a 1" drop on springs?

That's why I've also compiled the list of sources

I have no suspension mods yet, the photos show a fully stock setup. I have no rub at all and expect none in the extreme situations, as I did plenty of research before jumping the gun. I plan on going to a 1" drop with Racecomp Yellows in the near future, and also expect no rub. In the case that it may be pushing it close, I plan on getting camber bolts up front anyway to improve clearance, handling, and match up closer to the natural rear camber from a drop.

So clearance of the springs themselves is good? It's funny that you say you're planning on getting RCE Yellows.. I'm getting those as well! I also have a WRB PP, will be getting the STi aero bits, and Hypergrams in this size(don't know if bronze or gray yet). I hate to copy your car but I swear mine was an original idea! I just happened to find your car to confirm it looks great, lol. Good thing you're on the East Coast and I'm on the West Coast Thanks for the input on clearance!

Also I'm not sure how close you are to getting the springs, but FT86SF has a package on their website that includes the springs, front SPC camber bolts, and SPC rear lower control arms for $550. It's only about $10 less than buying all the parts separately, but it'll be a much better deal when we get a holiday discount code! The link is below if you want to check it out

Please correct the offset in this post.

In the meantime, I've updated the top post in this thread — thanks pslater for spotting a mistake!

Wow sweet, that's great to know, thanks a lot! I was originally going to just go with the front camber bolts and settle for the natural rear camber unless it was going to be way off. I'll keep an eye on this! And yes, clearance from the spring is great, not dangerously close where you have to question it, it's perfect. Lol, go for it! As even though I also wanted to do my own unique idea, and I feel like I did, there are plenty of peeps with Hypergrams from what I've noticed. It's a fantastic setup that's lightweight for cheap and good quality. Love the bronze look too, and they never look dirty hahaha!

Nice, wasn't expecting these to have so much clearance!
Looks like there's at least one finger between the caliper and the balancing weights on the inside of the wheel barrel?

That would be
Rota Titan 17x8 +48,
5x100, no spacers, right?

My mistake,

Rota G-Force 17x8 +48
5x100, no spacers.

About 3 credit cards stacked of clearance between the balancing weight tbh.
Pretty tight when I noticed, but i dont see any signs of rubbing.
