Be patient and look for used exhaust. It'll be cheaper and you'll get the quality exhaust.

The problem has since been solved. I had the issue for months and went back and forth with the guys at Perrin trying out different B pipes. If was found that the original system used a rather weak flex joint. They sent me a B pipe w/o a flex joint and I haven't noticed much, if any, rattling since. I highly recommend the Perrin non-resonated. I love mine and have personally heard many different makes and models. I still think it's one of the very best out there in terms of price, performance, sound and craftmanship.

Most people find the n1 too loud for dd, but everyone has different opinions/tolerances. I'm personally going with q300 for my car.

Pm @Carrozzeria for N1 or q300 when ordering/further questions

Thanks

I hear members also saying that the q300 sounds almost like stock

So im torn between these two

If i want n1..it might be too loud and if i want q300 it might not be loud enough

I guess ill keep looking around

Do you plan on adding anything else? Header/overpipe/front pipe?

Right on. My advice for invidia exhausts for a DD car....
if you aren't doing any other exhaust mods do the N1
if you are doing other exhaust mods do the Q300

Just installed Isis Catback. Not really louder than stock, but much. nicer deeped sound. The car now sounds much better . Never liked the buzzy sound of the stock exhaust.

So surprised no one mentioned the DC Sports Cat-back. I think I'm the only person in the world running one haha... But it is IMHO teh best for a DD. I paid $567 (brand new), quality and fit is top-notch. It sounds great, not too much louder at idle, not loud if you drive like a granny, and best of all NO DRONE when at cruising speeds. Really opens up and sounds awesome when you get into it! Best exhaust for money.
