2016 BRZ

https://www.fhi.co.jp/contents/pdf_111767.pdf

Looks like 2 new color:
Lapis Blue Pearl ?
Pure Red?

May be some minor interior material upgrade (steering wheels, shift knob?)

Translated using Google translate:

"Improved SUBARU BRZ Fuji Heavy Industries, is subjected to some improvement in SUBARU BRZ, will release on April 16, 2015.

In this improvement, some rigidity improving characteristic change and the vehicle body of the electric power steering, and the steering feel, the multiplier I has been upgraded for the comfort and performance for the driver.

Subjected to decorative satin silver, such as the steering wheel spokes and shift panel, increase the interior texture, volume ??? color, 'Lapis Blue Pearl', the two colors of the 'Pure Red' was the new adaptation.

In addition, .... blah blah blah some 'Japan only. Please understand.' bs package that does not improve engine performance."

2016 BRZ

Other then the color & steering feel. Its basically saying the silver trims will have a new finish on them to feel more premium. >__> The real upgrade is that car comes standard with 8 speakers instead of 6.. & yes new panel can be ordered so we can upgrade too.

and EPS tweaks to the steering... I wonder if it's just a software change or what? if not, not sure how it would be available to older models...

I would figure 2 additional speakers would require some changes to the frame itself too?

And are we sure its 2 new speakers and not just counting the dash ones as 4 lol.
