Raceseng | Water Pump Pulley Recall

It has been brought to my attention by two customers of ours that we are having issues with our water pump pulleys. This is the last thing I wanted to hear and never want to happen but I need to address the issue immediately.

If you have a Raceseng water pump pulley, please follow the steps below:

1 | Reinstall your OEM water pump pulley
2 | Email info@raceseng.com with your name, phone # and pulley color. List who the pulley kit was ordered from with an order/invoice # for reference
3 | We will send you a new re-designed water pump pulley as soon as they are ready

All of the current water pump inventory is being pulled from shelves and scraped. Our current production run of water pump pulleys is being scraped. They are being redesigned and we are going to do another large production run as soon as possible. We will send a new water pump pulley to every customer who has purchased a pulley kit. All current water pump pulley inventory carried by our dealers will be replaced.

I will do everything I can to get this corrected and as orderly as possible. I sincerely apologize…

Thank you

I know... Ouch is right. I'm not sure why at this point but they are breaking at the base of the spoke section.

Glad to see a vendor be proactive and responsible for their product.

Good luck!

I agree completely and that is why I bought my caster/camber plates and rear shock tops from raceseng. You get what you pay for IMO and this is proof of amazing customer service.

Great way to handle a bad situation. I think I'll go order some parts by Raceseng because they are quality and I know the owner stands behind his product.

"You get what you pay for" - you pay more for a product that works and doesn't break! Customer service, responsibility and good business ethics should come standard!
However, I applaud Raceseng in taking responsibility for it and taking the necessary steps to correct it. Looking forward to getting the new one.

Wow! Now, that's a vendor worth trusting. Vendor that admit the problem & fixing it. You guys are +++A vendor!

@Raceseng
Just for temporary, I'll be sticky this thread, so it won't go next page. Members can read it at the top. If situation is solved, please PM one of mods or admin & we'll unsticky it.

Dude! That's sucks, but I know Jarrett will handle everything perfectly!

I'll get my info your way ASAP!

I'd hate for mine to break and cause more damage to my Jackson Racing SC Kit!

Thanks for being proactive Jarrett!
