What's your car # ?
The last digits of your VIN should ID what number you were in the production sequence.
I'm #1855. ordered on April 10, the first day of preordering in Canada. I took delivery May 12. I'm really curious what the lowest numbers will be for Canada. Probably not much lower than mine since it was delivered in the first round to be sold in Ontario. Sorry if this has been done before, though if so I never stumbled on it.

There have been a couple, but they started out wondering how you tell what # your car is, then they sort of turned into a "what's your car #" thread.
I'm 3690. And I got mine June 30th. |

I am assuming the serial number tells us when your car was manufactured in sequence relative to other FR-S's AND BRZ's. Somene please correct if otherwise.
Also curious what numbers some of the First 86 people ended up with. This might indicate how many units were made BEFORE they started shipping to North America.

The first few digits probably have something different to I.D. Subaru vs Scion, but I thought they are all ZN6 or whatever the model desigation is and therefore I also thought the last digits should tell us your number in sequence regardless of brand.
I'm thinking that as far as production goes, these cars are likely all treated as the same type vehicle in Subaru production except for the options. That includes different brands, specs for different markets, etc. Thats what a "build sheet" is for. If that is so, the latest serial numbers could tell us the total number of ZN6's produced to that date.

If all brz/frs/gt86's come off the same production line then you could have a serial number higher than the North America sales. Shipments to other countries would be the difference.

My last 5 are: 13441 Nov. 27 But my first are also ZNA instead of ZN6 so I wonder what that means?
