No crank no start issue

So I got my car back from the dealer after I spun a rod on cylinder 3. Warranty replaced my engine with a new one no questions asked. Drove it today, washed my car, took it for a drive finally after the wash and car just died on me, popped the clutch and nothing.

So I try starting the vehicle and doesn't even crank over. Feels like a dead alternator, starter charging issue. Everything works, I even jump started and nothing. Checked all the grounds, connections, fuses. On the fuses it did have a popped EFI(CTL), replaced it and pops right after I put the key foward. I had my car in the shop for 2 weeks, kind of sucks to take it back but if I need to I will.

I just want to see if anyone has had this issue. I already googled and search around.

When I get home I will try the second key, maybe anti theft kicked in and disabled everything and for some weird reason it de-programmed the key.

what you found is one cause another similar fault was shorted coil pack, sometimes coil pack shows signs of overheating/melting
