thanks for the post OP, I think this is the best review I have seen so far, awesome! I'm no racing driver by any means, but I like how smooth he was driving the car.

I was thinking the exact same thing. I could imagine driving the car is so much fun that busting out Ave Maria cause it's so heavenly wouldn't be out of the question.

I really liked what he said at the end about the car focusing around the driver instead of the other way around.

Now if only the price would get announced at say....the Chicago Auto Show???

Sounds like an M3 to me

Good review, nice to see a few new points dealt with.

It's not for cabin pressure is it? On the frameless cars ive had, it drops a little so that it doesent catch the rubber edging and bend the window, then raises to fit back into the slot + not let water in

that was a pretty good video review though - seems every corner he took was sideways

only 4/5 months till we can drive the car ourselves

Sweet, that is a nice feature and hopefully on the FR-S!

This will be my song selection the moment I take delivery!

There is definitely something special about this car and that moment that you sit down, close the door, the window seals will you then experience the feeling of pure bliss!

Great video. Looks like he had some fun. :P
What he says is exactly how I think about this car: Finally an affordable RWD fun machine.

That has nothing to do with cabin pressure, it's just for better weather sealing and less wind noise. When you open the door, the window slides down from the door seal a bit. When you close the door, it slides back into the door seal. Nothing hi-tech about that, it's been used since at least the mid-90s and is now more or less standard on cars with frameless doors.

I'm sure it helps with those things too but I've had cars with frameless doors without this feature and one with this feature. It makes a significant difference in that I could effortlessly shut the door without leaving it ajar pretty much all the time.
