Apparently yes. I even went back and checked. Oh well he should get the message he is beckoned at any rate.
Just hate to see somebody with such a good rep go down without a reply.

Wouldn't be the first time in the past year or so I've seen a thread like this.

I never trusted such kind of companies. It is not only important to build a product and earn easy money, but to be loyal to your customers and offer aftermarket support. Companies that are serious and have a big history, they support their customers and their cars for years and years even if these cars are not selling any more. What happened by the way to the OFT product for the revised car or for how long does he have to update the basic OFT tunes? Personally, I never bought from him and I am glad I didn't do it.

I thought about buying a OFT but after seeing this thread I'm having second thoughts about it.

Me too...

Edit: Second thoughts over. After getting a bit more information I'm down to support OFT all the way!

Sounds like Cobb needs to adopt the 86 platform for their AP.

Seems like customer support is becoming OpenFlash's bane right now

Wish it would happen, but won't hold my breath.

Also $249 for a remote tune is absurd but that's messed up he won't give you a refund if he didn't actually send you anything and just asked you to log the base tune.
