I am going to bet that considering many of these parts are based on existing production Subaru components, flipped front lower control arms, rear double wishbone suspension, etc. I am sure Subaru and Toyota have plenty of stress and impact analysis data to prove the components out. They do have to pass the Federally mandated crash tests after all, it is not like they fell off the car while cruising down the block.
