I posted a while back after having the dealer change TOB around 60k. I'm now on 86k and seems having similar issue.

I even consciously leave the car in neutral at lights, avoid over shifting/downshifting. I wanna get a camera into that hole to have a proper look.

15000 miles and TOB already taking a shit.
That doesn't sound like a bad throwout bearing. When a TOB goes bad, it makes different pitches/volumes of noises when you engage and release the clutch in neutral. I had one go out in my old Triumph, and close to the end it would sing several different notes when the clutch was let out or in while the car was sitting still.

Find a 20% off coupon and go pick one up at Harbor Freight. They work fine. And you can use it to check yourself for polyps.

I've never heard one quite like this. I've had several fail, but this is quite different. I'll get some video of it. You get some vibration in the pedal as well with the clutch depressed at higher rpm. I can replicate the noise at will most times. It seems to resonate around 5k rpm.

Well, it's either that, or perhaps a thrust bearing issue, which isn't a known problem with the FA20 to my knowledge.
