I have that same plan! Hard to win if you don't buy a ticket.

I have ordered the header and will be waiting to get it. Nameless Performance is doing things with this platform that I support. Yes the header is more expensive than the JDL. From what I have seen from Nameless the quality is what your paying for.

I want to see 3rd party comparisons between JDL, Nameless, & OpenFlash that would be awesome.

I'm with you but i'd rather have HKS and PPE than open flash since they are both EL and i know roughly what the HKS power level is.

I'd like RevWorks, Open Flash, JDL UEL in a shootout though.

Yeah, this. Like DSport did with the exhausts. I would expand the list to something like this...
JDL UEL
JDL EL
HKS EL
Nameless EL
P&L EL
OFH UEL
Revworks UEL
Borla EL

All on same car, same dyno, all catless, all same after header exhaust, all with 93 octane, all with same tuner.... to keep things somewhat on the same terms.

That's not going to happen. But that's what this community needs.

The people arguing and mad about how long the Nameless header is taking... They have ALOT going on and are a small shop. They are actually trying to deliver dyno results like everybody wants to see and going to production at the same time so it's sorta no win situation for them. Also, they have some partnership with cosworth and there could be certain stipulations in that relationship slowing things down we don't know about. Purely speculative, but all the other header manufacturers do not have that aspect of development to deal with.

It's really simple. If you don't like the wait, buy another header. If you want to wait, shut up and wait. I don't know what header I'm going to buy. So I'm not whining about how long it's taking. I'm patiently waiting.

Please enlighten me. What have you "seen" that makes you think this?

I don't think he was referring to the header specifically, just the overall quality of parts they produce. I have one of their 3" OP/DP and the quality is second to none. I expect the same from their header as well. I highly doubt they would go through all of this to release something that doesn't produce.

Most of what I have seen are the axlebacks that a few owners have around the DFW area. The quality is outstanding.

I never said that I saw the Nameless header so hopefully you were not assuming that I have.

JDL stuff is bloody spectacular. I would need a side by side in-person inspection to say which is better. And whichever 'won' that would only be by a very narrow margin.

I think @industrial interpreted your post that Nameless is a step up quality-wise over JDL.
That is not an accurate statement in my opinion.

Ah ok. Thought you might have some kind of inside information or something. Their quality is good. I had their axleback and still run their catted/resonated front/over pipe. I also have the JDL header. JDL seems better built to me only in that they seem to really pride themselves on presentation. You are getting a premium product. The nameless stuff is "just" flawless and raw looking. Cool in its own way. A++ vs. A+ Compare either with Perrin, Borla, etc and it's not even close. Next time I have my car on a lift I'll have to take some pictures of my mishmash exhaust system. It's actually pretty funny to compare the differences. Perrin has such awful welds.

If the nameless header ends up making significantly more power, I have no bones about jumping ship since I'm staying NA. I wanted this header from the start it's just taking forever.

In no way did I mean to discredit JDL. I cannot attest to the quality of JDL as I have not seen the quality in person.
