That happened to me before, I just poured hot water around the window and it worked.

If the window controls are flashing that won't help, even when it warms up and there is no more ice they won't work until you reset it.

Thats cool bro but the window controls werent flashing and i didnt reset it and it still worked.

Just disable the auto up/down during the cold season. I did it yesterday and I feel a lot better in the morning.

I posted about this somewhere else, but it bears repeating; The engine must be running for the fix to work. First time I tried it the key was set to the 'on' position but the engine was off, and it didn't work. The manual doesn't specify that. It says the key must be in the 'on' position and the car stopped. Hope this helps.
