What oil pan are you using?
It has never overheated and it has had electric fans from the beginning. Engine temps run between 180 to 220.
I did notice the under hood temperatures were warm, specifically at the fuel rails since they're at the very top, but the addition of the tracspec hood vents keeps the engine bay nice and cool now.

Oil pan (and all parts) are listed in detail at the first post of this thread.

I routed the cylinders two and four under the headers up the front of the engine and to the coils. Did this with some MSD 32073 cut-to-length LS wires.

Probably the last time its out for the year...

Just got 255/40r17's mounted instead of the 235/40's... they don't really hook any better. Time for slicks and a second set of rims.
should note 255's with 17x9 +42 wont fit up front without a spacer.

Thanks for the reminder, my location of the MC was slightly higher than OEM causing a slight hard spot in the pedal swing. This higher location was to avoid a stud (the stud only holds harness) from below it.
I finished revising the design last night, removing that stud, I'll send it back to my CAD guy this week.

Waiting to hear final prices from CNC guy. He has my revised design, asked me for a few more dimensions. (I'm only familiar with 2d cad work, not 3d).
I'm not a site vendor. So I wont be publicly announcing pricing or sales, keep it to PMs or hopefully I'll just produce some batches for PureAutomotive to sell.

PS to all- I've been reorganizing the my posts throughout this thread, trying to consolidate important info into the first post, and putting posts into better order. Hopefully its useful info for folks getting started in their swaps.

I must have missed the part about the rear end. Are you using a completely stock diff, a stock diff with different gears, or a swapped diff? I'd consider doing a Ford 8.8 on such a setup.

Completely stock diff at the moment.

My next order of changes are:
  1. Fix a mild oil leak at front balancer, strangely only leaks at full throttle.
  2. Dyno Tuning
  3. Coilovers: CSG spec Tein Flex A or standard Tein Flex A
  4. Gears: 3.58 + flange
  5. Track wheel setup: 17x9 Wheels + Hoosier A7 245/40rz17
  6. Air conditioning: need to route two lines.

I formerly had a ford 8.8" in my 240z with 930cv joints, it was overkill. We have the same 8" rear end as Lexus IS300's and Supras. I suspect it'll handle my mid-400whp without too much issue. If I was north of 500hp, I would be worried.

Lowe's: Gorilla Cart, has removable sides.
That one has 1,000lb capacity, another Gorilla Cart model at HomeDepot had 1,200lbs.
Super handy to roll around dirt, stone pavers, or an engine.

What was the length approximately on the spark plug wires 2 and 4, also only 2 and 4 around the front? I'm using the cx headers as well but I ceramic coated and wrapped them so pretty tight on a few spots between but should be less heat.

No idea, never measured, I put them on the coil, routed them with space, marked the wire at the spark plug location, and cut.
