I say mirrors because that is easier for each driver to reference position himself much easier than bumper edge that you can't see from driver's point of view.

So measure this out against the length and width of the car exactly and place the cars neatly on it.

It's not easy to line them up all neatly with so many cars. Pre-planning gets you far and nice.
Thank you for the advice. Space part isn't a problem, cuz we got pretty big space.

Now, I need to figure out how many members are coming w their FRS/BRZ & what colors. Next is if anyone have heli-cam...

I highly doubt plane will let you have that AR drone in the plane. lol

I don't see any problem having RC stuff at the meet

I wonder if they'll let me load it if kept in it's box and everything, that would solve our Helicam problem,AR drones record in 720P we need a steady pilot though. let me know if you think that's a good solution I'll look into it. maybe there's a rental helicam company near by as well or a high building we can zoom into... this isn't going to be easy is it?

Dude, those drones are fun and give really good video. Really fun if there's a pool near by too. But I heard paparazzi are starting to use them, and private security for celebrities and dignitaries are using air soft guns to shoot them down.

Don't mean to get off topic but for those who plan on going out to a club I went to Hakkasan last night for opening night to see deadmau5 and that place is hands down the sickest club I have ever been to. Just be prepared to spend some money though because its not cheap.

@Zaku I got your pm and will send out emails tomorrow for your group.

Again reminder for people flying in, let us know if you are flying in and what time, so that we can prepare the timetable of who to pick up when, also if you haven't booked your flight then I suggest you do soon, since prices are changing.

Are we any closer to Friday's schedule yet? I know we are still about a month and a half out but would like to know what time I should leave to be there right on time for the festivities.

Thanks
