E-mailed you a couple times; still no response back regarding warranty.
Been 3 weeks now... Please advise. I am normally a fairly patient person, but this is getting quite ridiculous as we have initially discussed about this about a month ago. Regards, David

@RavSpec any updates? Still no word from you guys.
Tried calling you guys today and you guys didn't answer. E-mailed you yesterday; no response. You call this customer service? I'm starting to get tired of your bullshit. I've been a repeating customer for your business and all of a sudden when there's a problem, you guys ignore me? @Guff I did not want to escalate the problem but it looks like I may have to as it's well over 2 months since I've got any customer service with my defective product.
