You could give them a call or go visit them, you are not far off in Seattle. :P

I got to ride in their shop car last week and the header plus tune was awesome. I have no issues waiting for its release.

I too would appreciate something.... anything from the source itself. Just a quick update.

Expected market date would be nice.

Just a quick update, we haven't forgotten about you, the last month has been our largest month by about 50% increase in sales over last month, which was 30% increase over the previous month, which was 50% increase over December. We're dedicating as much of our time as possible to fulfill orders right now to keep our customers happy. We will have updates on the header release very soon.

Edit, just did the math, we're at 60% increase in sales over last month. Still got 3 days left in the month.

Yeah after I saw some of the competition using e85 to accentuate gains, we are highly considering a trip back to the dyno to run E85 to do a direct comparison. Also working on an intake - remember our car is still running the stock filter and airbox.

And that competitor who bit our style, we're still ~15ft lb up on their E85 tuned results. 4-2-1 secondary length is a major advantage to simply running the first half of our design as a 4-1 with effectively a longer exhaust plugged into that and routed up and over.

Nice! Thanks for the post, Jason. People were dying here without a response. Great to hear business is booming too, as it should be with these kind of products!

P.S. I hope I'm still on your list for the header.

Yeah remember we're just 6 guys in a little shop out in the woods - and we just got a 7th set of hands here with a part time machinist for our two new CNC machines. It's been a huge growth cycle for us and we're doing everything we can to expand as quickly as possible. We've built out an additional 600 square feet to our facility in the last month and we're also looking for a second location nearby to add another 2500sq ft. Planning on bringing all of our mandrel bending in-house very soon as well which will really help our throughput, time to market for product development and margins so that we can get more of our products into the hands of our distributor (RallySportDirect.com).

It's interesting to note how the other guys' baseline vs E85 with full system make the same power below the rpm range where the dip starts. E85 tunes make power everywhere. It's a curious tuning philosophy where they can deliberately make less power to impress people with their dyno curve ...

Have you guys found an approach that is making progress on the last mini-dip? Slight secondary length change? Or trying to look at it from the intake side?

And the 'regression' issue? @mad_sb took a look at fuel trims here http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=30418

Maybe something to do with it?

CNC Bender Would save a lot of welding time and you already have a digitizer if i'm not mistaken
@Dimman, Jason and I spoke at length about the fuel trims... I don't think that is the reason for the regression after the first run.. I suspect it's more to do with the ecu learning the position of something (cams, throttle, etc) since the change occurs after the first pull and then it stays consistent from that point on... even across several days of driving.
@Jason@Nameless, hur up with my axleback I have a road trip next weekend and I would love to have it on my then
