Manzo V1 Catback Exhaust

When shopping around for a catback exhaust, I couldn't find audio clips of the Manzo V1, only the Manzo V2. I heard it sounded similar to a Q300 so that's what I bought. It's a little louder than stock but with a deeper tone at lower revs. It makes me want to wait for lower rpm's before downshifting

Here are some pictures.

Sounds great, looks like decent quality, and the price is right. The only thing I'm not a fan of is how far the tips come out of the rear. I know it's a fad (hopefully temporary) to have tips stick out the back so it is acceptable for some, but it's not my taste.

The V1 is 2.5" piping. I noticed when shifting at higher rpm that it makes a deep boom when I jump off the gas. Does the V2 pop or crackle between shifts?

If you don't mind me asking, where did you order it from and how much did you pay? Been considering the v2 for a while (heard v1 had fitment issues anyway based in the redline thread) and the v3 has the 4.5 tips that is swaying me towards it.

Frsport had it for $360 with shipping. I didn't have fitment issues with mine. I slipped the pipe into the muffler as far as it would go before mounting it up and have no exhaust leaks. I made sure the tips were level before tightening that joint. A batch of the V2 was recalled because the tips were too close together and a pipe touched the rear subframe.

I await to see what happens when it comes into contact with our PA winters and salt

I've had the V1 for about 3 years now and is still like new. The fitment was perfect. No problems at all. I was worried it might rust out because the tips point slightly upwards. So when it rains, water goes into the muffler. But it must be pretty good stainless because all is good.

Is it really 2.5" ID??? Everwhere says 2.25"ID. I'm thinking about getting this same exhaust.
