Here's the final numbers on the tune: 198rwhp/168rwtq.

Didn't break 200, but was so close haha.

I bet you could of broke 200 easily with the Fujitsubo Authorize R catback. But I understand your build and why you went with the Axel Back to match the TS model in Japan.

By the way, how is the smell with this setup outside of the car?

I may gained a hp or 2 here but not necessarily. AFAIK, catbacks don't actually add much power, if any, unless you're going for a larger diameter system for FI. The restriction is still the cats in the manifold and front pipe.

As far as smell, you can smell the ethanol at start up but once the cats have warmed up its non-detectable.

Thanks!
Great to hear buddy! I'm picking up the Front Pipe very soon, and than the long road to saving up for that Manifold begins.

Anyways, job well done on this beautiful car

DSOmegaX STi BRZ tS Completed Build

Quick update on the car. As per my last post, the car was retuned on the dyno at Church Automotive. One thing I didn't mention in that trip was that it was discovered the ethanol sensor in my flex fuel kit was broken. Despite having a full tank of e85, the ECU was not detecting the ethanol content and had therefore not adjusted timing to compensate for the extra fuel needed. As such, the car was running very lean. The workaround at that time was to install a independent e85 map that forced proper timing and run it until the sensor could be replaced, whereby I could switch back to the flex fuel map with no further concerns.

That change happened last week as I made the trip down to Delicious Tuning. This was actually the second time there has been an issue with the flex fuel kit. Despite the frustration of the situation, and being forced to make the trip down (I live at least 40 miles away), Delicious has in both situations been very accommodating and have switched the faulty components out with no questions asked. As such, the car is running just fine.

In other news, the biggest mod to happen is to myself as I am now engaged to my long time girlfriend. No word yet on how this affects future car work.

So that means that you could of gained more on that previous Dyno run?

& Awesome news on getting engaged! I got engaged when I was 23 and than I got married that same year almost 3 years ago (3 year anniversary in November) and married life is awesome

So this post does not indicate anything new for the BRZ. Have some new shots taken via IG:

More importantly, I recently installed the power folding mirror option on my Golf R and it really has me wanting to re-pursue installing he same option on the BRZ. Will have to look into it again and see what's possible and needed for USDM cars.

I could look at your car for hours! Nice new pictures
Golf R looks great too!

By the way, is the BRZ a car you plan to keep for a long time or forever?

As of right now, it could be the opposite haha. While ideally I would love to keep the car forever, in reality it's hard for me to justify keeping it around and at the same time wanting to find something new. And for me, I would like to keep the cars to weekend and daily, so if I'm looking for a new sports car, I would keep the golf. That being said, I'm still evaluating what makes more sense for me (who knows maybe I WILL end up with two 2-doors). So in actuality, while I'm not proactively listing the car for sale, I would entertain any serious offers for it right now as I'm looking into what car to get next.

Well as you already know Derek and I am sure if you were to sell your BRZ it would be as a package deal with everything included. However, let me know if you decide to part things out. I have some real interest in many things even if it's just small things like the YoSpeed heated seat plaque for example.

Hope all is well by the way!
