Just decided to go to Manassas today, will get there probably around 2:30-2:45. I'll give themlast chance before switching back to Jessup. If anyone wants to find me, I will be probably the only person with a Valhalla 360 neck collar

Let us know how bad the wait is! Lol. I can't make it.

The posted wait time is 2:30 but they told me my first race would be in a bit more than an hour. We'll see

So as they said, I waited about 1 hr 15 minutes for the first race. I raced 5 times, and definitely had more fun than previously. Marshalls are better at their job now, and I think I am getting used to the track too. Still think that Jessup is better.

I won all my races, but my best time was 22.7+, enough to win, but still a second behind the best times of the track. Not sure how those people did it, maybe I was still somewhat speed-limited and they weren't. Or maybe they are geniuses and I suck!

I'm planning to go to Autobahn Jessup for 8 races on Saturday, starting around 11 am. Warning: it's Saturday so I predict significant wait times.

Here's the million dollar question: Will I be able to use my races I bought in Manassas at Jessup?

I might have heard from them that you can do it, but I am not 100% sure. Especially that this is another state, even tax laws are different (MD charges sale tax on races, VA does not), so I don't know how they handle it. Better call them.

I think have about 6 races in my account that I bought in Manassas, but if they don't transfer to Jessup, I'll just buy an 8-pack at Jessup to use on Saturday and use the other ones later in Manassas.

I called & they said the races can be used at either facility because it's tied to your account. If you're still fixin' to be there at 11am, I'll join ya.

I'll be there, unless something serious pops up. Again, to find me, I'll have a Valhalla collar with me.

I'm on my way. I'm wearing at maroon Virginia Tech basketball ball jersey.

Thanks boss. It was a pleasure racing with you. We should do this more often.

Went to Manassas back in July, improved best time a bit (22.443).

This Thursday I am planning to go to Jessup again, should be there around 6 pm. Anyone in?

Also, Manassas starts a league, Wednesdays 8 pm, every 2 weeks starting 9/14. See their FB page. I'm trying to join the league, though have no confirmation yet. Maybe my times won't be good enough.

In other news, the Dominion Raceway track in Thornburg VA is opening next weekend... http://karting.dominionraceway.com/ . Gas and outdoor, should be fun, pity I probably won't have time to go there....
