Car acts weird after not driving it for a couple of days

So i noticed that if i don't drive the car for at least 3 days it starts to act weird. One, my e brake handle becomes very loose and then feels normal after driving for like 30 minutes. Two, on my first drive out while the car is still somewhat cold, the car likes to vibrate violently going over 50 mph but goes away a minute later. Three, again on my first drive out, when i put the car in 1st gear it doesn't start rolling. I would have to give it some gas for it to start going, but i just think it's really weird that the car wouldn't move when i bring out to the bite point but this eventually goes away when the engine or transmission is warmed up. I checked my tires and see if my lug nuts were on tight and everything seems fine, so i have no idea what the problem is. If anyone can please help thank you!!!

Edit:Car will act normal after driving it for a while but problems will come back when i don't drive it for a couple of days

Used or new? Do you have a tune or stock? Your still on OEM headers? What your describing are mechanical issues... Describe cold as in what temperature?

Only thing I would say is check your modified exhaust parts for loose bolts, leaks, or clearance issues. When did this start happening? any CELs or codes?

e-brake handle - do you set the e-brake when it is parked for that period of time? If so, maybe the cable is just temporarily stretched. Nothing to worry about.

Car vibrating over 50 mph - maybe the tire(s) just had a temp flat spot which goes away when they get warm. Maybe check the tire pressure.

Car not moving in first. You might check the clutch adjustment and the clutch system fluid level.

Sounds like your parking brake is sticking.

Your handle is loose because the brake shoes aren't retracted.

The car shudders because the brake is getting very hot and grabbing.

The car doesn't start rolling because the parking brake is stuck.

Vibration/heat eventually nudges the brake shoes to free the rotor completely.
