Hey @humfrz, I know you said it isn't a good idea to talk directly with the buyer or seller, but wanted to tell you how it went for me.

My buyer: Met the husband several times during inspections and walk thru. He is head of a very nice Chinese family. Ends up he is a VIP for the biggest telecomunications company in China. He said we are being so nice, he gave me his number and email here, and his personal phone number, office number, email, and address in China. He said we should see china, and if we ever want to go to call him and he would love to show us the beauty of China. Kinda neat.

My seller in Idaho: the sale wouldn't have happened if we didn't talk. We take the keys Monday. We are driving up saturday. He said Saturday we can drop things off, told me where a hide a key is, and the garage door code. Super cool so I can put the 911 in the garage, and park one of my trucks with the boat on the property.

Your advice is probably best, but talking with them worked for me.

I know! I totally want to call the guy and go to china. I met his wife and parents also one visit. Super nice.

I'm going to be signing off here for a while. I need to turn in my equipment, and I don't know how long it will take to get set up in my new house in Caldwell Idaho.

I'm sure I can check in when we go to the bar with wifi. There is one in idaho.
