Cutout dimensions by e-brake

Several folks make a plate to go into this coin holder. I'm trying to design something for that spot but not near my car. Does anyone happen to know what the measurements are? Otherwise it will have to wait until I'm able to get to the car in storage.

Thanks! So far my search before I posted came up empty. Now I only find this thread. Perhaps I need to search for something different but so far can't think of what else to call it.
