A fast car was designed to go fast, and be stable, quiet, and predictable at speed.

My 3 series feels at 120 what the BRZ feels like at 90. Taking the 335i on the highway is downright boring in comparison.

I am taking "faster" as a definition of acceleration.
Comparing a BMW for noise and feel to a Twin wouldn't come into play ever! A WRX is a faster car but still would seem like a haywagon compared to even the cheapest BMW. Speed has little to do with it though.

Sure.... so... then accelerate.

That's kind of a dumb statement, why even have this car then? It's just a commuter car if you commute in it.

Hey you are the one that said a fast car is more fun to cruise at 70. Not sure how that works.

I said in my experience, a fast car is fun to drive no matter what youre doing. Even commuting at 70. Not that that is the only thing you do while driving.

And I said while at 70 what difference is there? I did not say you only drove at 70. I still don't understand how cruising at 70 is more fun in a fast car.

I guess the knowledge of how fast something can be is part of the experience.

Why is this car more fun to commute in than a honda civic? Same scenario.

Because on the occasion that I drive my car this time a year when I pull onto the hwy on ramp by my house that is about 30ft wide shenanigans ensue that I couldn't get away with in a Civic. The nearly two years I did daily my BRZ I found it very enjoyable to drive all the time.

Jfc, it was a rhetorical question shot @Tcoat, not some offer to share anecdotes.

LOL. I have never driven a Civic and never will so it will have to remain rhetorical.
