Insurance Prices For the BRZ
Lol Sorry I hope the Title doesn't make this sound like a spam thread, Im just wondering if someone has some experience with insuring Coupe. I've actually never owned a Coupe since my first car FC3s but by the time I owned that thing it was 20 years old and I was about 18 so I paid about 130$ at the time, my latest car a EP3 Civic Hatch was about 107$ a month and I owned that at 23 so Im 25 now Im expecting a significant lower price but I'm wondering what to expect for the BRZ. Anyone have any clue? and Maybe Tell us what you think it would cost for you to Insure your BRZ. Like which company would cost you less etc.
Just trying to get some discussion going in the BRZ section that's not all Scion Complaints Lol

I think I remember making a thread like this. But awhile back. It actually.. might be stuck in the Scion section. Lol

I'll be happy if I can get full coverage for under $150/mo (double what I'm paying now). I'm over 25, have multiple policies with my company, no tickets/accidents, and will be taking defensive driving to lower my rates.

for reference....
i`m 24 with defensive driving stuff, good grades from school, no records for 5 years. $230 for full coverage on the WRX from state farm, so i think it would be less than $200 for sure on the BRZ unless bunch of teenagers buy this car, but they have scion for that |

I really don't want to bump that old thread since its general for both cars. And bumping it now will only lead the 1k+ viewers in the GT86's forum to flock in and destroy everything. Lol

I've only had one accident and I guess it would go down as my fault, But the Hand break on my Civic Si Hatch came loose on a hill and it rolled down a hill and hit a KIA. it was a mechanical failure, and I got two camera ticket but they say those don't count in DC until you have had at least 3, I just turned 25 in June so I'm hoping my price will go down. I want to keep the Monthly payment of this BRZ+insurace to about 500$ a month. I like having no car payments but haha might not be an option it will onyl cost me about 450$ for the Scion If I think about it... but why not pay 50 $ for something better and I like XD

I was going to get a 2012 Scion TC until I quoted insurance
and it was higher than both my 06 WRX and my 370Z so I went and got a Kika fort koup. I'm really concerned that the Scion brand has a really bad reputation with insurance companies. |

Insurance is based more on your driving record, location and vehicle cost than the actual vehicle itself.
That being said, no matter what happens it won't be expensive for me to insure. |
