Well just to confirm everyones suspicions about the boost creeping up to 10psi. I can without a doubt confirm that it was the header. Just installed my p&l header and I am no longer seeing boost over 7.5 psi. This is with the rest of the exhuast completely stock. I must say the car is a different beast with a new header even without my tune being adjusted at all.

@MattF Thanks for confirming. I was told my car was reading like 9psi with the stock header. Just got my P&L in today, so it will be interesting to see what it reads during tuning after the swap.

On another note, also received my cf driveshaft!!

What are you using to measure psi?

I have an aftermarket boost gauge. I drilled and tapped the MAP plate on the top of the supercharger. I didn't trust the factory MAP sensor since it max's out at 7 PSI

Makes sense. Good confirmation though!

I'm not so sure... Robispec is probably at the outer limit of what this SC can do with a 70mm pulley, E85, and full exhaust. I think he's a bit short of 275.

I think to get any more, someone will have to mount up a 335 blower and underdrive it. Or go for broke and wind out 400rwhp.

My goal may be lofty, but that is precisely what I'm trying to do and then some. The S5-335 is on my radar. We will see how things play out in the next few months..

Anybody getting any weird noise at high rpm when stomping on the throttle or shifting gears at WOT? Also of you hold the clutch in and bleep the throttle fast?

The only noise I have is when shifting hard, but that was there before the S/C went on. Not sure what it is, hope its not the clutch slipping, but I suppose its the most likely.

He is 260 whp on a dynodynamics where a stock FR-S reads at 135 and a 91 base innovate tune reads at 185.... You can do the maths on that one. :happy0180:
