Suspension Installation Warning!!!!

Installed Tein Flex's Today

Rear lower sway bar end link bolts will snap. They will not hand tighten w/ wrenches. They must not be reusable!

Replace them w/ new grade 10.9 fasteners.

Bolts are no different than those on an 08+ Impreza. Have done countless suspension and swaybar installs on those and have never had that problem.

You are right though. Pretty much all the nuts in the suspension are self-locking and technically supposed to be one-use only.

I couldn't even remotely get them tight. I'm either a beast or this is a localized incident.

lol thats cause the ball in the joint keeps rotating if you dont counter hold the center with an allen. Pretty much like any other modern endlink nowadays.

But anyways, I installed some cusco coilovers a coupla nights ago and didnt have any problem, even after taking the nut off and on a coupla extra times while workin out the ride height.
