I was lucky enough to caravan back down to Portland with about five other 86s, but it made me realize just how far my drive was when we kept loosing members of the caravan as they pulled off at their exit, and by the time we lost the last one, I still had three hours left to go.
Ah, so that was you. Lol. I was in the white frs. It was a makeshift caravan back. Don't think any of us planned on it

Sorry we kind of bailed on you guys... Admittedly, you were going the safe speed limit of 72mph, but after that red frs took off and the blue followed, I decided 78mph was a bit more my speed. Thank god for radar detectors.

Mike was one of the guys leading the caravan to the meet. It was cool to see 2x of us head down the highway. I could only imagine what the 50+ caravan looked like.

Was that you Chen that I linked up with for the majority of the trip down to Ptown?

Naw, I ended up going to Seattle right after the raffle as my girlfriend was starving and she really wanted dumplings. But, one of these days i'll have to find ya. I met to many people yesterday and basically forgot faces to handles already. Besides @HATED1 well.. because he's an attention whore.

Edit- and i remember @Missy well. just because she's got spunk.

I'm going to have to come up more often, you all are a good bunch of people. I think it'd be a blast to do a track day with all you guys, I want to see some of your monster-builds in action!

Thanks very much to @HATED1 and @Missy for putting this together - it was great to put some faces to the forum names, and hang out with a lot of like-minded, good folks. I'm already looking forward to next year

I want to thank @HATED1 @Missy for all their hard work setting this up. I know a meet of this size isn't easy or done overnight. Seriously thank you for that. Also thank you to Toyota of olympia for hosting the event and giving us a spot to park a ton of 86's.

and my only suggestion for next year was already covered by gtslow

We were going to get a food truck or two out there but there was either a miscommunication or more so lack of communication with that idea. We had it planned though, sorry guys.. :/

Either way it was an amazing turn out, if they numbered out those window stickers correctly we had some where near 130 cars total. Freaking awesome right!? And idk if anyone else was thinking it but we also had the cutest exhaust compotition ever. Lol overall I don't think that could've gone much better. Very happy to see everyone enjoyed themselves and had some fun picking out new ideas for their builds as well. Such an awesome family <3

Did Dirtfish make it out? I let some of them know about it but I didn't hear if they were going to send one of their cars out or not.

Anyone else see the frs parked on the street that toyota had for sale for 50% off. Event pricing $10k. only 17k miles. I considered buying it, seemed like a trick though.

I saw that the numbers had been changed, I thought someone was just messing around.
