Unless of course you guys have a scratch and dent section or an used axle back in the same price range I mentioned above. lol. It's the only reason I almost jumped on it (well, besides the great reputation you guys have as well). 265's are overkill considering the power output of the car. With that being said, this is the fitment I was aiming for. I'm not one for stretch, or lowering a car to the point where I have to adjust my driving tendencies. The hoonigan frame isn't just for show. lol. I drive spiritedly often. On-ramps are about as much fun as I get to have down here but I do drive up to NC and the Dragon each year and rip up the mountains with 100+ other enthusiasts (R32 event called Wookies in the Woods). Grip for days. It's incredibly hard (but very possible) to kick the rear end out. The car seemingly goes right where you want it. No drama. You will need to roll your fenders though as rubbing will take place by the rear bumper and where the front fenders flare outward near the front sidemarkers. In hindsight, a 245 might've been more practical but I have no regrets. Many will argue that a RS-3 or other tire might have more overall grip than the PSS. Perhaps. But, the PSS offers great ride quality, longer treadwear, less tire noise and are certainly less harsh than more "grippier" tires. My car is daily driven. I'm not sure there is a better tire for daily driven vehicles. Once I upgraded to PSS from a set of Hankook Ventus V12 (which I think are GREAT bang for the buck tires) on the R32, I realized I would probably never buy another tire again - which is why I knew the tire I was going with when it came time to wrap these enkei's. |

The front's are maxed out and the rears lowered to match. ~1.5" drop. Thank you sir. Oh, and I've rocked this setup for about 2 months now. I finally got a camera for Christmas (Fuji XE-1) worthy of posting good enough pictures on here. lol. And finally got some time to take the car out and mess around with the camera. Everything in my build thread up until recently was taken by my crappy Evo 4g and instagram. |

Very nice set up. I have the same in matte black. Funny thing is that I wanted SBC but everywhere was out of stock so I went with black.

Placed my order with the US distributor for enkei expecting to wait two months - got a call a few days later saying Enkei USA managed to find a set laying around and they'd have them sent my way. The rest is history. Personally, if it wasn't for SBC, I'd be on a different set of wheels. The other finishes Enkei offers are a bit too plain/dull for my liking. I <3 SBC. lol. |
