I cant believe they didnt install some nuts and bolts under the hood. They also kept all my skid plates

Sorry to hear that this has happened to you @Frs300... Hoping he will fix his wrongs and move on... but sadly judging by his past experiences, this may never happen...
Maybe karma will kick him in the nuts...

This is one of the many reasons why I am so reluctant to purchase any kind of parts and/or service through the internet...
You just don't know who and how reliable the other person is sitting on the other side...

That isn't all that surprising considering they removed and installed the engine a couple times. What really surprised me is how they managed to snap the head off one of the bolts that holds the radiator core support up top. I mean these aren't exactly bolts that you have to torque down or anything.

This is quite common in low quality shops. Common practice is to use powertools to remove and reinstall bolts that only need a few lbs of torque.

Ever watch quiky lube places? Thats why they're quick.
