I can confirm that Bill has worked out the high rolling idle for those of us who were experiencing that issue. He sent me an updated tune and it's back to normal. Feels so good.

Question for Bill or Zach... How many boosts are you finding the stock fueling system can handle? Is 11psi the max before injector upgrades are required? I'm just wondering what I should expect for an upgrade path.

Nice! Hoping to get my update soon.

From what I found, 14 to 15psi 91 Oct was the line where you needed to upgrade the fuel system.

Correct, around 14 to 15psi on pump gas, and much lower on E85. When my car was equipped with the Kraftwerks kit for a brief period, we maxed out the stock injectors on E85 on the stock pulley (peaked about 10-11.5psi at redline).

I would like to point out, however, that the stock fuel pump actually has quite a bit more leeway. The injectors need to be upgraded long before the pump does.

Sincerely,

Delicious Tuning

We did recently tune a car with an Innovate kit that had a full Tomei exhaust setup. It was using an Airaid intake. While we knew that the Airaid intake would provide immediate gains as usual, I wasn't expecting as good of a response as we got to the Tomei setup. It actually produced a very surprising bump in power compared to most setups we've tuned, a record on the standard 210 blower I believe. More to be released on that soon. If I recall it was a equal length tomei header, their overpipe, straight pipe, and the type 80 exhaust.

Sincerely,

Delicious Tuning

While it is often mentioned that the Airaid intake works well with the 210 kit and that one can be added without a change to the tune, I was wondering if the same would be true for the 3" Perrin intake system?

I ask because the Airaid system is too big to fit with the popular mocal oil cooler sandwich plate (the stock filter barely fits), but I haven't seen anyone confirm if the Perrin intake can be added without an update to the tune. Do you know if this is possible? If not then would the car need to be taken in for another dyno tune or could the tune be updated remotely after providing some log data?

Not possible - you need the MAF rescaled to properly account for the extra air

Mike is correct,

The Perrin system, especially the 3", requires rescaling of the MAF and cannot be run on the normal Innovate tunes.

It's ready, we're just holding out a little bit since we have a new addition about to arrive to Delicious Tuning (Bill's new son). When we release the kit, we want to be able to fill any orders that are made in a timely manner and I imagine that's going to be quite difficult with a newborn around!

Sincerely,

Delicious Tuning
