You must be at the park before we leave.

No drivers will be allowed to join the drive without signing waivers

Is it possible for us to sign the waiver then join in on the drive for those who can't make it to the bbq?

So I'm assuming you guys will leave around 2/2:30pm? And would the waivers be @ the park when we get there or can we have the waivers sent to us? I might not be driving but my cousin will be bringing his 86 and I'll tag along in his car. Also can we wait outside of the park/park outside and just come in w.o paying for parking fee to sign the waiver for the drive? Sorry if this sounds like a lot of hassle because I don't want to pay $6 for an entrance fee just to be there for only 5-10 minutes before going off to a drive :/

Can you send an electronic form of this waiver for those of us who wont be able to make it to the BBQ before the drive? I'm stuck in San Mateo until 1:30 and I'm going to book it over to you guys to try to make the drive in time. Let me know and I can PM you my email.

Also, what/who is the waiver for. If its a public road and I am a law abiding person, I don't think I need a waiver. To be clear, I'm not being confrontational, I'm just curious.

The waiver is just saying if anything happens, the group should not be responsible for it. (I believe)

3:00 PM is the latest we can stay.

sorry guys e-sign will not be available. the whole point of the waivers is for the participants to sign, in the presence of the event organizer/s so we can fully explain to you the purpose of it.

also i dont think there is room to hold more than 30 cars at the gate just to sign waivers. what do you think @PMok?

Is it possible to send us the waiver(s)? and we can sign it then when we get to the gate, we can personally hand it to you guys rather than holding 30+ cars at the gate to get it signed. You can probably have those people "recite" the waiver in a shortened form (like taking an oath?) when they hand you the waiver. Just a thought

Sorry guys...late check in here. Any hot dogs left??

Just paid and hopefully I can show up without more work this Saturday. Often, I don't even know what is it going to like tomorrow at work so I register and pay first and hope for the best.

How about this: anyone who doesn't come for the BBQ and doesn't want to come into the park, can meet us at the first photo stop point just outside the park. It's a long stretch of road as you come down from the park, a few curves away from Mines Rd. We will all stop there for photos, so we can have a few extra copies of the waiver with us and anyone who meets us there, needs to check in with JR or me to sign and get relevant info etc. Does that work?

Oops, @86_ZN6, I forgot to add in the comment section when purchasing the tickets that I'd have +1 guest with me (hence, the purchase of two tickets) :P
