Yea, they even look good in the daytime. I already washed the car and no water got in them. The gaskets are thicker than the OEMs

I'm at 19k and change, should reach 20k next week, I think. That's with roughly 20 months of ownership as well.

Weekly commute is probably 10 or so miles roundtrip per day, plus errands and going out to hang with friends at night. I go on drives either most weekends or two-ish weekends a month, and probably drive about 50-100 miles on them; depends on if I drive the additional distance to family after or not. So miles are definitely racking up.

To be fair though, originally when I got the car I was still commuting to a different city via train, so I wasn't racking up as many miles as I am now.

Yeah I drove very little for the first year because I was used to not having a car so I was just in the habit of getting around other ways for work and errands, combined with a commute that's only about 10 miles roundtrip. I think I was at something like 5500 after 1 year so I'm definitely starting to put more miles on now (though still not a lot).

Bought a Dezod Motorsports catback to replace my GReddy EvoGT. Need a more diffuser friendly exhaust.

Damn... I was driving on 290 freeway about 70 mph and a bunch of soda cans spilled on next lane was flying all over from other cars hitting it. I was lucky, it didn't hit to body, but under the car and I think about 10 of them I could hear the sound. I inspected just now at home and I don't see any damages. It's dark now and I will check it again. Awful.

Wait like full soda cans? That sucks man at least no body damage. I was driving on 610 about a month ago behind a truck and someone was throwing empty beer cans out the window like what the fuck. I was in my 335 but man people are stupid.

Bad luck, I washed the car this morning and I noticed on the surface of front hood paint is gone in some areas. I am annoyed now. What are my options now to fix it?

Also, do you know anybody in Houston a good tint place maybe ceramic? My dealer recommended a guy who can do tint at home, but he is charging $350 for ceramic (CIS brand) and he told me to visit suntekfilms.com

Damn seriously? That sucks bro. Got any pictures? Options depend on whether it’s just paint or if the hood got dented.

My car was tinted by the previous owner. There are a few good tint places around here but not sure about ceramic. I would just ask around but don’t cheap out lol

I was driving behind a truck with its tailgate up so I couldn't see what it was carrying. We started going up a hill. Suddenly this green pea soup stuff flowed out from all along the tailgate gap and the wind blew it all over the bonnet/hood and windscreen. The rural bovine odor left no doubt what it was.

Luckily we reached a carwash soon after and I cleaned it up before the digestive juices ripped into the paint.
