Does anyone take off their windshield wipers ?

I know people this strictly for looks. I personally like the look but im wondering how many of us FRS owners are actually doing this. And if you do, do you guys use something special on your windshield to compensate for not being able to keep water off?

Rain-X will make water bead and fly off windshields. Have to be going around 40mph for it to work.

It doesn't rain in California. No need for the XL sized washer bottles and heated wipers (hell, no wipers!) that ship on Canadian cars.

Me and my whole crew rock the no-wiper style. Nothing cleaner than a car with no wipers. It's a shame that so many cars come with wipers nowadays with cars getting all big and heavy.

Still have the actuator studs sticking out of the facia.
Do you remove the wiper motor and mechanism as well?

I am pretty sure just reading the first post of this thread has dropped my IQ about 10 points.
