That's some normal B.S. buyers/sellers do to increase their feedback to B.S. levels. Still interested in hearing more about what this chip does though.

I kind of thought the buyers of these envelopes seemed a little too excited in their feedback..

Do a google search for "resistor car mod" or something similiar...lots of good reading...

I can see how you could get slightly better fuel economy, but how is running the car lean supposed to increase horsepower? Hmmm...Hahaha

Resistors would slow down your dumps bro , and I hear you with toilet not being able to handle the force . I requested my place of employment to get better pipes .

Calm yourself, this isn't a tC hate thread. Don't mock the car, mock the idiot that puts this thing in his car.

Do you not know how all initially released intakes made power??

Well if you don't, by leaning out the mix.

The factory mix runs rich, leaning it out makes more HP, but it is risky business. There is a fine line between leaning to make more HP and leaning too much and potentially damaging the engine.

I saw a documentary a few years ago where they did a Dinan reflash on a BMW 335 for 100 HP.

They also said not only was it legit but the mileage could actually improve.

How do they do it and why it it possible? My guess it they kill emissions for one thing.

I'd love to hear an explanation as to how there could be that much room for improvement in a tune.

A Google search for "astroturfing" would be appropriate for why the feedback *might* be so high for this snakeoil.
