I gather its a turbo or supercharged car.

if so the stock injectors will likely not flow enough fuel so it cannot be tuned on stock injectors,

unless you are removing the turbo/supercharger

Just like with stock injectors there might be not enough fuel, with even larger then current injectors i guess there might be issue of too much fuel if with very same tune. You cannot get/buy 720cc like one that doesn't work properly if you cannot get car retuned?

If the car was tuned on 750 cc injectors then you would need to replace with same 750 cc injectors else it will alter the fueling and likely damage engine.

Ecutek tunes are locked
Ecutek retail kits dont allow reading of ecu tune from ecu

If your tuner sent you a copy of tune to flash and its unlocked then you may be able to alter the existing rune to set it up for different size injectors but close to what your running now. Ie if its tuned for 750 you could likey alter it fairly easily to accomodate 800 or 700 cc injectors.

If the only copy of tune is in your ecu then you cannot alter it and you will need to get new tune from scratch

How much boost are you running ?
Are you running petrol or e85 or flex fuel kit

As Steve wrote. If you have copy (you have) AND if it's unlocked (not yet known). Most ecutek tuners do lock theirs though to protect their work and lock-in to their shop to some extent. In such case i'd turn to other tuners/tuning shops to get whole tune made from scratch for your (now changed) different mods (injectors) and rest of mods that are still same, if it's not possible in any way to buy for less from original tuner adjusted tune for that single change. Check eg. Delicious Tuning. I guess, as you have ecutek license embedded in your ECU now, it should be a bit cheaper.
