It was never reported it would have recaros. It's a stock interior similar to the series blue (red accents instead of blue).

I do have theory though. So the test car we say prior to the unveil was wearing STi badges and even had the fender trim with a STi badge. This leads me to believe that Japan will get a revised tS as well, which WILL have the recaros in them

Hmmm I'm kinda liking what I'm seeing here, minus those seats I mean are you fucking kidding me? Looks like a sad attempt at recreating the Recaro seats I posted.

I like the new red door handle, seems to be a darker shade of red than the 86 red door handle. Matches the Alcantara armrest on the door. Also possibly an alcantara upper door skin with black stitching?

New shift knob looks very cool too, I might buy that.

The more I look at the car, the more I'm questioning if it even has the lowering springs. That height and wheel gap looks stock (it looks heights than the 2015 tS), and the 215 tires just make it even more apparent.

No underhood shots? Did anyone peek underneath the arches to confirm pink springs or no?

So I'm assuming that tS parts will be available for purchase from the dealership now? Or were they always available?

Not the closed events that we have here in Germany, or the ones they are preparing in Australia.

The thing is that Mr. Tada was a true believer and I am not sure if his replacer shares the same values. If the current team cannot decide on the next big thing, then it looks to me that they are far away from the original idea.
Never seen factory adjustable suspension on Toyota's side of things (at least outside of TEMS), dunno about others. Usually they were TRD branded Bilstein and Eibach stuff that wasn't adjustable. Likely has something to do with safety, but I could be wrong.

Neither is the Miata which is the nearest direct competitor. The point is people that own this now aren't going to jump double the price to a new Supra and there is room in the lineup for both cars.

Couple of my cars could blow the doors off some of the modern ones in a straight line but you needed 20 minutes and about 10 acres to make a turn. After years of living my life a quarter mile at a time it just got old.

It isn't that I am against more hp for these cars but more that people that want it fully understand all that more means to them and the platform. Also can't tolerate the guys that claim the car is too slow to drive safely. It isn't a slow car just a car that is slower than a few others.
Don't forget the brakes! It's a wonder a whole generation didn't die off from cars back then with how horribly they performed on average.

The Miata proved this wrong... Though the new car is smaller and has less power. It's exceedingly rare these days, just look at Honda's lineup to see the issue. The current Civic is as big as an old Accord, leaving room for the Fit to come in as the small car...and even that's gotten fat. Or maybe the (not so) MINI brand in general. Or the Fiat 500L (should be F for Fat).

Back to the pictures, I'm disappointed... Might as well have called it the Series.Red with that interior. If it had the Recaros it would be a whole different ballgame...
