Very true. And the sad thing is, these days, good help is hard if not impossible to find. It seems like Toni and Andy are the only ones running the show. I definitely understand this... It's hard to trust bringing on new hands, especially in their line of business.

Pretty much 99% of the people I hired for my biz over the years were ultimately worthless morons no matter how good they looked on paper or presented themselves... And this was just with a mom n pop nutrition shop.

They really just need some good help it seems.

Or a good CRM tool to help manage their client base and Sales efforts! I work with Salesforce.com and will happily do a free implementation for parts! @FA20Club.com

If anything, its a testament to how horrible their customer service is..

I know a month ago I wish one of the people who are going through similar circumstances with FA20Club would have posted up here for me to see. Then I would probably have a turbo'd car right now from another vendor instead of nothing.
Good to know the good vendors from those that are not. Best of luck getting your money back and finding a company that wants your business.

I agree. It can make your head spin working with the large volume of clients they have... If they're not implementing something like this already, it'd probably save them a lot of headache and from threads like this.

They deserve the help for all the good they've done in the community. As 86r's we've gotta stick together!

I know there's a lot of people who've had great experiences who don't take the time to hop on a talk about it... People are just more likely to complain when things don't go their way. The interwebs sure are a fun/safe/easy place to bitch.

Disclaimer: not hating on people that do post bad experiences. It's only fair and makes vendors responsible and gives them incentive to constantly improve.

Very surprised at this thread, I'm in South Africa and I get super service from both Toni and Andy.
Surely contact Andy on sales and leave Toni to the tuning.

I had a pretty good experience with him tuning my car and 2 times I had issues he was quick to answer. Sometimes hes slow to respond but he does get in a insane amount of texts and emails.
