You should have two wires. One goes to the horn and the other is used as a ground. Ground ot to the hub/quick release.

okay so both of the wire come out of the plug right, i can have 1 disconnected and when i ground the other one the horn will stay honking. but if i switch the wires it wont work. i have that circular ring that came with the hub inside of the hub, is that where it goes? iam confused lol

There should be two plugs on the back of the horn button. Connect one wire to one of those. Ground the other to the hub. The button should work when it's pressed when you do it

does anyone know if the short hub has the guide. i have the standard and it is a tad bit long. I want to get the rapfix release, but for now i have the NRG release that isn't much of a "quick release".

soo basically do you have the short hub or the standard? i'm wondering if the short has the guide for the spring top as well so then i can get the rapfix release which is longer than my nrg.
