What about belt size? I am using the Gates K061015 Multi V-Groove Belt. Will this work with the 69mm and above idler.

Personally i have oversized/underdriven water/alt pulleys so my belt is different size. i use a K061033, and just purchased (haven't installed yet) Gates K061037RPM belt designed specifically for superchargers. and so far my 7$ amazon 76mm idler pulley as been working perfectly, belt rides perfectly centered with several mm on either side always been paranoid of the belt slipping off the idler. |

It should not be snapping belts unless you have the pulleys misaligned, didn't install the belt correctly, or are using the wrong size belt causing the tensioner to not be at the appropriate level of tension. With the normal belt it should be at 75-80% load, with the RPM belt it should be at 25-30% load. |

I switch to the rpm belt about 3 months ago. It’s been fantastic. Much smoother I find and grabs quicker

Anyone with this SC tuned by Zach Tucker from CSG? I heard Moto-East is the 'best' for our kit, but anyone know if ZT has experience with this kit?

Quick question. I'm interested in getting the 210 with IC kit, and I am currently trying to figure out what oil cooler and catch can to pair with it.
I'm interested in the Jackson Racing oil cooler and radiator combo, and was wondering if there would be any fitment issues with it? Or otherwise, which options does everyone recommend with this SC setup?

I'm halfway through the install.. I'm just a little be lost as to what this odd washer/spacer is supposed to be used for? It came in a little bag along with this small bit of paper saying 'Instructions for EP233' but I can't make any sense of what it refers to.

The idler pulley that goes on the Alternator bolt? It doesn't show or mention that weird dish shaped washer in the instructions.. or show it in the pictures. Only on that bit of paper that was with the washer itself. But then I have no idea what 'dust cover' and 'bolt that requires a T50 Torx key.. and original pulley' What is all that about?

I kept the belt as the stock size. K061015rpm. But opted for the larger idler pulley by Gates. Product number 36600. I’m also running a 70m s/c pulley. It’s snug might need a buddy to help install the belt Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Interesting. Gates said a normal belt you want tensioner pulley at 75-80% load, on RPM belt it has very little stretch so can snap if it is too tight, so go up a belt size and only have the tensioner at 25-30% load.

Update, installed RPM belt. I didn’t feel like i was getting belt slip or necessarily having any issues. I just like trying and testing things out. But now it feels more responsive on throttle engagement, and my boost gauge before was showing 12.5psi max, now showing almost 13.5psi.
