Pretty sure it is. Honda is spending (spent?) $340m to upgrade their Ohio engine plant, and the rumors seem to point to being able to build the Earth Dreams VTEC turbo engines.

it is an artist/CAD rendition just for Patent purposes so I'm guessing there's a little lost in translation there. In any case, I agree it is not nearly as good looking as the prototype.

So now even Honda is falling into the two tone alloy/black wheel trend.
Doesn't look good on the twins. Definitely doesn't look good on the new Civic. |

If the new Civic really is similar to that design I don't see how they could still classify it as a compact car.
