If it is anything like the pics in that link it looks like a velociter and a genisis coupe had a baby.

Honda ripping off Hyundai, never thought I'd see the day.

Pretty sure it is. Honda is spending (spent?) $340m to upgrade their Ohio engine plant, and the rumors seem to point to being able to build the Earth Dreams VTEC turbo engines.

Interesting article showing the Patent drawings of the production model. Definitely toned down but it does look like they retain the tails.

Here's a Gizmag article showing the production patent drawings. It appears to be toned down a bit, but still has potential.

it is an artist/CAD rendition just for Patent purposes so I'm guessing there's a little lost in translation there. In any case, I agree it is not nearly as good looking as the prototype.

So now even Honda is falling into the two tone alloy/black wheel trend.

Doesn't look good on the twins. Definitely doesn't look good on the new Civic.

I cant imagine that the proportions will be much different. It reminds me of a Accord Crosstour Coupe.

WOW! They really sharpened the pencils in the design department for that "new" design didn't they.

If the new Civic really is similar to that design I don't see how they could still classify it as a compact car.

That thing is huge.
