They do, it's in the owners manual.

I have been using the Sport mode for my daily commute since I read this thread and I like it. One advantage is that it locks up the torque convertor so you can slow the car just by lifting as opposed to having to brake-- handy in traffic.

Sometimes it wants to hold a lower gear longer than necessary, like when I have gotten to cruise speed, and I just upshift.

I almost always drive in Manual Mode and VSC Sport as a minimum. Frequently, I'm in Manual Mode and both Traction and Stability Control Off. I rarely have it in Auto unless on the Highway with the Cruise Control on.

Tried the Sport button a couple of times just to see what it does.

Sports mode only makes a difference if you have the car in Drive. It holds the gears longer. Also when you brake aggressively, it uses engine braking and rev matching much more often (downshifts and blips the throttle)..... I like that aspect of Sports mode a lot.

Sports mode doesn't make any difference if you are shifting in manual mode.

Sport mode in the manual just allows a little more fun time before the vsc system decides you've had enough.

Sport mode also may downshift the gear when you hit the gas
and wont let you rpm below 2k...

I have experienced the occasional jerky shifts when in Sport mode. Pull over and restart and it goes away. It happens very occasionally.
