202, Astoria, climb the tower, fish n chip. That'd be a longish one.
Climb? As in actually climb? A bar stool maybe.

It's a pretty neat little tower at the high point in town. Nothing intimidating. 202 is a super fun drive. A bunch of us have it down pat so no surprises. We can climb bar stools right afterward.

Sorry Monday and Tuesday are booked for Seattle. You could get sick during the other days.

The only two "must" see for me are the Evergreen Air Museum by Portland and the Museum of Flight in Seattle. I will need to put aside a couple of hours for each when in the area.

FTFY

At least in the case of evergreen, I have trouble just getting through half of the museum in a part day trip, especially the space side.

As much as I would like a whole day I know that isn't going to happen.

I am beginning to think I need two weeks out there. Need to slot a few minutes in to entertain the wife someplace.

Meh. Whatever you have time for is what we'll do. I'm of the less-is-more mindset when it comes to vacationing.

You can always come back. Might as well resign yourself to that eventuality.
