Thanks for poking around. I am ready to throw an order down for a more capable track car and still street class solo car. Won't do it without the brakes and shocks and 7.5J wheels. Seems like a very serious oversight.

Isn't the yellow series only for U.S since 500 will be made ? I thought this was US only since Japan got their yellow STI brz...

Japan got the same car it seems, but limited to 100 units (sold out)

Just wanted to provide an update for those of you interested in the 2017 BRZ Limited with the performance package:

I received a call from the dealership that these cars wouldn't be coming in till probably January. Reason being the performance package is installed at the factory and not the dealerships.

Maybe this information is new or old but figured I would let those who didn't know know. Or maybe others have other information.

Is there any new information regarding when orders can be placed for the vehicles with the PP? Isn't ordering only open for Premium and Limited without the PP?

It is but I was told in the coming week or so the Limited w/ PP will be available for order.

It might not be easy for current owners to get the PP added to their car if comes installed from the factory. The parts will probably be crazy expensive over the counter.

Unfortunately that basically means these more than likely won't be hitting the dealerships. I would think the wheels would but maybe not.

I guess I will wait for someone to total their MY17. It should only take a couple of weeks.

Damn Subaru. This makes a lot of sense though. Maybe we'll get lucky and the Toyota version will be dealer installed. Not holding my breath. Oh well, back to the aftermarket for that BBK.
