How do I stop this box from rattling?

Is this the trans ecu?

Finally found the culprit to the light ticking/tapping noise that I've had for a long time. The noise will stop when I push against it with my foot.

Any suggestions on how to make it stop rattling?

Thanks guys.

Install a foot rest next to it and keep doing what you are doing
What is your foot keeping it from rattling against? Sounds like a strategically placed piece of foam or something would take care of it.

It's not against anything. It's mounted pretty well so it's not loose or wiggling at all. But if I pushed against the box with my foot, the ticking noise stops.

Does it matter which side of it you push on? If you unmount it and shake it does it rattle?

I'll try to loosen and tighten it again.

Just fiddled with it and I also wedged some foam between some cases behind the trunk release controls while I was at it.

Will take a drive later and see if the problem is fixed.

Problem fixed..no more tapping/ticking noise under the dash now. Unfortunately, rear left pillar or the rear deck lid area started rattling again...damn it, i'm always 1 rattle away from a rattle free BRZ.
