@Full-Race Geoff I was discussing with others the differences between the 7064 and the 7163 and their cost for the BRZ/FRS kit. Can you elaborate on the costs difference between these two turbo setups, both utilizing t4 for twinscroll. Given that the cost of the turbos is almost the same and kits for other platforms barely have a price difference between the two choices. Would it have anything to do with fitment for FT86? Thanks

That might be the reason. The 7163 uses the smaller B1 frame while the 7064 uses the larger B2 frame.

Fitment or simply because the larger frame cost more thanks.

So this kit uses both stock fans and the oem winshield fluid reservoir remains in place? Most pics i've seen the windhshield fluid tank isn't there, or at least i'm missing it.

So it appears that Geoff got moderated for not being a vendor as I know he quoted me in this post and now all his posts are deleted. I would give him a call at Full-Race if you have questions.

Not being able to talk about your product in a thread about your product is a disservice to the community. Editing posts about sales offerings is one thing but deleting helpful general information is totally another. WTF

Well I've been talking to Jon from full race and he's confirming the kit comes with a 3" over/front pipe. This certainly makes things more interesting as it's the only kit to offer a front pipe with their kit. You have the option of a cold air intake which will have you remove the windshield washer fluid reservoir or just a filter on the turbo inlet which is part of the kit(standard) and this latter option retains the reservoir. As for the coolant reservoir, it is untouched. I'm liking it, plus it comes with a crash beam bar. Info like this makes the price tag a lot more reasonable, then again they're that good so they don't have to worry about it.

They definitely need to update their website then for all included parts because that's the only place we can now get information. Coming with front pipe and over pipe certainly makes the kits price more worthwhile. That's easily $750 in value

Seriously, i dont know why vendors make an initial post and website update and leave it as is. I'm sure is not easy keeping track of production, sales and website but it really makes us customers look else where. I particulary dont swear by any brand and go for whats right, has good service, info and actual R&D and people that follow their customers, thats a clear reflection on business ehtics and practice. I'm not particularly speaking of full race, but many others around here. Oh well thats what separates a business that makes $$ vs $$$$

They are still a relatively small company as Geoff told me, and I don't think the website is high on the list. With that being said, give them a call Geoff is the man to go to for technical questions, and they have sales people who can get you a price and tell you what you get. When you are making a purchase this large with customization options, you want to call them and make sure you get what you want.

I eexchanged a few emails with Jon if i recall right and he was helpful but told me they didn't have any pics of the front pipe overpipe that came with the kit. It could be because they haven't installed any but they should still have something to show if its part of the kit. Regardless i know Full Race is a good company, they've been around for years and i think every platform ive owned some way or another i look at their products for it. I'll contact Geoff to see what he says.
