Where is the fuse located? I'm not seeing any mention of it in the intercooler install instructions.

It's on the wiring harness that connects to the small water pump and your injector.

Replaced my belt with the Gates K061015 and no more squeak. I still have the pulley coming so I guess I'll slap it on when it comes since it's supposedly a better pulley.

The electric pump for the IC pushes fluid from the IC up through the heat exchanger via the front port on the manifold and out the back port on the manifold past the reservoir and back down to the IC.

By the way, is it possible to remove elbow without removing the blower unit itself?
I got to it after accidentally pulling it off while installing my catch can. The trick is to use a long 1/4" extension. Tape the tube to the end of the extension. Don't cut the tape. Leave a really long tail so you can remove the tape later. snake it down and push it on. Once it's on use the long tail of tape to unwrap the tube from the extension. Drink a beer and call it a win. I took a picture when I did it but it's not on my phone any more. I'll see what I can do to find it.

There it is but I can't find the other pic.

Also on another thought. Using a check valve might get you in trouble. The idea is to get the pressure out of the crank case and vent it off. Oil comes with that. Oil will get caught at the check valve and will probably just plug it up. You might as well just remove the loop all together and plug it off but I don't recommend doing that either. Get a filtered catch can and call it a day.

It was also mentioned earlier that the elbow and in turn the PCV is always under vacuum with the innovate so there will never be reverse pressure on the PCV. That can' NOT be said for the other supercharger kits out there.

What I plan to do is to install the check valve on the PCV line after the catch can. So this way the oil and crap will (mostly) be filtered by the occ before it reaches the check valve on its way back to the manifold. I'll probably replace the check valve at every oil change interval just to be safe.

The car runs great, and it definitely gave me the right bump in daily driver power that I was looking for. This thread was probably the main reason for looking into the kit. Thanks a lot for all of the detailed reviews and feedback throughout.

Interested to know your numbers with this setup

Is that tube actually connected there? Mine is just loose, the plastic fitting on the end looks broken. What's it for?

Does anyone know?

EDIT: Yes it's coming off the bypass value (the black cylindrical thing). I've been running with it disconnected/broken..
